403 Forbidden PopOver when saving in cmsb

This problem was down to some .htaccess rules from a previous wordpress installation, which I have deleted, it was the last place I looked, once I cleaned that out everything was working fine again. Sorry for not updating/deleting the post, and thanks for taking the time to offer some direction.
