Permalink updates every time title is edited

I have a single record editor with a permalink field. Every time the "title" field is edited, the permalink field also updates automatically, which is not something that I want to happen. Is this designed behavior? I dont believe I have encountered this before. Does it have something to do with this being a single record editor?

Hi,
In my tests of updating a single record editor with a permalink, the permalink is only updated the first time the title is entered.
What versions are you using for
- CMS Builder ?
- Permalinks plugin?
