Hi,
I was able to see the thumbnail so I think it was a browser cache issue.

That's weird. I've done a CTRL + F5 several times, but it's still not showing up. If you're seeing the thumbnail, the problem is definitely at my end. Thank you for checking.
Yes, I tried that. Damon logged into the CMS and could see the thumbnail, so the issue is at my end, not CMSB.
