developers log empty but getting email

I am getting an email from CMSB to check the error_log but no error reported in the email nor is there one in the databasse.
CMSB 3.51
php 7.3
Any thoughts on what could be going on here. Not seeing anything on the website in terms of errors. Also no errors reported in cPanel Errors nor are there any error_log files.

Hi Jeff,
We'd recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of CMS Builder and see if that resolves the issue, as the issue might be specific to this version of CMSB (3.51) combined with the version of PHP you are using.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, you can send an email to support@interactivetools.com and we can investigate and debug the issue further.
