Upgraded to 3.54. Uploads problem

I have upgraded the cms to 3.54,
Everything seems to be working on the front end and in the back end except for when I try upload a new image.
I get an error when uploading an image..
error as below, could you shed some light on this?

Hi,
It's all sorted, Greg sorted it for me directly, I should have closed this post. It was user error overwriting the database directly with an old backup after the cms had been upgraded.
