MySQL Error: Unknown column 'filesize' in 'field list'

Updated a site of a cleint to v. 3.5. Now find that all upload fields fail to upload any files, producing the error:
MySQL Error: Unknown column 'filesize' in 'field list'
It would appear that there is a problem with the db structure.
Suggestions?

Hi pgplast,
The uploads table schema has possibly changed between versions - can you double-check that the file "/cmsb/data/schema/uploads.ini.php" was updated? Also, after making any schema file changes, make sure to view the Section Editor page (/cmsb/admin.php?menu=database) to apply those changes.
