Attempting to upload a zip file and getting the welcome screen

I'm trying to upload zip files but we get sent to the welcome screen. This is a recent issue, we've been using this for a while. The upload file size was changed to a lower value, changed it back but still having this issue. See uploaded file for reference.

Hi Kevin,
It's likely that the upload is being blocked for some reason, either because the content is too large, a security filter on the web server is blocking access, or some other reason. When CMSB gets a request with nothing submitted in the URL (or GET or POST data) it just shows the home screen.
You could check the developer console in your browser to see if you can spot anything different being returned from the server. Or try uploading a tiny .zip file to try and determine if it's the size, the file contents, or the fact it ends in zip. You can also try uploading the file as a different extension such as zzz. This would just be to determine what is being triggered on the server side.
