Hi, is there a way we can setup a feed from the CMS to LinkedIn, so if we create a blog article it will load to the website and also load to one or two LinkedIn pages.

Yes, mostly likely. LinkedIn has an API so we'd need to find the appropriate API calls and then write some custom code to automate everything.
