Error after upgrading to 3.69

Hi 4cdg, 

I get a warning in Chrome (Dangerous site / phishing) warning when I visit the site: 
https://transparencyreport.google.com/safe-browsing/search?url=https%3A%2F%2Fozarkfcu.cdg.info%2FcmsAdmin%2Fadmin.php&hl=en-US

But once I click through the warnings I can see the admin login and attempt a login without error.
