Zickey Calendar

Hi guys,
I am using the Zickey Calendar with the most recent version of CMS and PHP8, the calendar shows but I can't get the event to show on the date. I've used the calendar before and it's always worked well. I'm also having an issue with the permalink plugin when you click on hte next or previous month. Is there an updated Zickey Calendar I can use or is there a simple fix.
