Feature Request: Editor, images and media

In the editor, when adding an image to either a tinymce or uploads block, it would be nice if we could add the image directly to media for reuse without leaving the current window.
Right now, we need to save the record, go to "media" to upload the image, then return to the record to add it.
While I am at it, it would be nice if we could use srcset in the TinyMCE editor for uploading images.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll make a note of it for future development. We want to upgrade TinyMCE itself as some point as well

Just a possible suggestion here while IT is modifying cmsb for this: Have you tried right-clicking and opening the link in a new window > add the media > and close the window, then you're back where you started?
Also, can we get a better UI for the media library picker? that modal is impossible to use with a decent sized media library
