Hi there.

Thanks for posting!

I haven't actually seen that error message before and wasn't finding anything too useful in google. My first thought here is that the computers they are trying to access the site from are behind a firewall.

At this stage, the page linked us to in your post is just a simple HTML file so it should work just fine. Even though there could be some CMS Builder related PHP scripts on there, by the time you are looking at it in a web browser, the PHP has already run.

What I suggest is getting the people that have been getting this problem, to call their internet provider and see if they can help us troubleshoot this problem. If they are at their work office, they would want to chat with their network admin. Either way, who ever they talk to, just get them to go to that link as well and see if they can re-create the problem.

Keep me up to date with how you are making out :).

Thanks for the feedback. I was also thinking it might be a firewall issue. I will let you know if I find out anything else.
