So my client is trying to add new listings.. and it seems to me that the cms builder is timing out on her. after creating a new listing.. if we don't save it within a minute or so I guess, I get this big giant error that comes up and I have to cancel. Please advise resolution.

Re: [jtedescojam] CMSB Timing Out

Hi jtedescojam,

It's hard to tell what the problem is without being able to recreate it.

Are you able to recreate the problem from your end?

Can you send me an email to luke@interactivetools.com and provide FTP and CMS Builder login details. Also in your email please provide me with the steps used to recreate the error.

(Note: Make sure to email me and don't post here.)

Re: [Luke] CMSB Timing Out

Hi Luke.. I emailed you the specifications for the login. My client is saying that she can add one listing, takes about 2-3 minutes.. but after that she has to log out... clear her cache and cookies or else it will do it again. what do you think? the server not equiped? server timing out? can you test this for me and advise?

Re: [Luke] CMSB Timing Out

Hi Luke.. regarding this problem... it seems to be cleared up since the client is now using FireFox. It seems that the cache/cookies didn't delete or refresh entirely... doing something funky to the session expiration I guess. Seems to working well now.
