Problem accessing Admin Sections

When my mouse pointer is over the Admin menu bar, the status bar says, javascrip:void(0). This only occurs when I use Firefox. I tried Internet Explorer and did not have the problem.
I did check and made sure that Javascript was enabled.
The only way I can access the menus under the Admin button after I go to one of the sections, is to log off or click on the Help or License link.

This probably isn't the answer, but a number of times when I've had issues with the Admin section, Dave recommended that I clear the Firefox browser Cache, and it almost always remedied the situation.

I think Jerry is right. If everything works in Internet Explorer but not Firefox, it sounds like you need to clear the browser cache.

I once thought I had broken CMS Builder because the admin menu group wouldn't expand for me, but it was just because I had a LOT of menu groups and I didn't scroll down after clicking Admin (yes, I hadn't had my coffee that morning.)
If you're still having this problem, please fill out a Second Level Support Request including your CMS Builder URL, username, password, and a link to this forum thread. We can check it out and fix it for you.

Thanks for the reply. I cleared the cache but I still have the same problem.

But I must admit that this error was a scary one!

That is definitely an odd one. If it happens again, could you send through that support request Chris mentioned. If there is something that needs to be fixed, it's easier to track down when the problem still exists :).
Glad you got thing going though. Keep us up to date with how you are making out. Thanks!
