Re: [NigelGordijk] Template caching?

Hi Nigel,

CMS Builder doesn't have any templates. When a .php page using CMS Builder loads, it dynamically connects to the software to pull out content.

The most likely cause is a client-side browser caching issue or the hosting service themselves caching pages.

It sounds like it's happening almost randomly also makes it less likely to be a CMS Builder issue.

If you're still having a problem, you can fill out a 2nd Level Support Request and we can take a look to see if we can recreate the problem.

Hope this helps.

Re: [Jason] Template caching?

Hi, Jason.

I assumed it was something to do with hosting rather than any part of the site itself (including CMSB), simply because the problem doesn't occur consistently.

I've sent a Support Request as suggested.

Many thanks,
Nigel Gordijk
