What browser is she using? Does it work when she uses different browsers?

HI Jason,

She is using IE9, and only has that browser loaded up on her computer. It is strange and not a problem I have come across before with the system. As I say, it works fine on other computers. Additionally the title field, uploads fields work fine, its just the wysiwyg field.

Hi,

I just tested it using IE 9, and it seemed to be working. I'm not sure what's different about her computer. One thing you could try would be to download another browser, like FireFox, and see if that takes care of the issue.

If you are using an older version of CMSB, it may be the older version of TinyMCE causing the incompatibility. Using IE9 caused multiple issues with that WYSIWYG interface. I upgraded to newer versions of CMSB and was fine. I believe 2.08+ works fine with IE9. FireFox has been fine throughout all (my fav browser).
