I know this is a vague description, but I have no idea why this might be happening - any clues, please?

Let me get a bit more detail and then I'll try to help.
So you can make updates and see the changes, but she cannot? And when she clicks save the page appears as if nothing has been updated, is that right?
Let me know, thanks!

Can you have her try a different browser and find out if there's anything unique that stands out about her internet connection or setup (such as a satellite internet connection or new anti-virus software)? Also, did it ever work for her? And has she ever had similar problems with any other web pages? And if the problem started recently did it coincide with the installation of any new software or hardware?
Hope that helps, let me know what you find out.

FYI - I talked my client into giving Firefox a try. Problem solved!
Thanks so much for your advice and suggestions.

Any chance you could let us know what browser was originally being used, just so we have it for reference?
Thanks,
Tom
