Hi, All.

I upgraded CMSB yesterday, and now wysiwyg fields no longer appear (see attached). The screen shot shows Firefox 12, but the problem occurs in Chrome and IE, too.

Any idea why, please? Have I made a mistake when upgrading?

Cheers,

I downloaded and installed the latest update yesterday, but the version is listed as 2.07 under Admin > General Settings. Have I missed something? The problem is occuring with FF12, IE8 and Chrome.

I can't see any tinyMCE cache files on my server.

Hi Nigel,

If it still says 2.07 try reloading, clearing your cache and reloading, or running through the upgrade process again here: http://www.interactivetools.com/docs/cmsbuilder/upgrade.html

Also make sure you're modifying the right files. It's such a simple mistake but happens all the time (thinking your editing one file or site when in fact your editing another).

Let me know.
