I changed servers and updated CMS builder at the same time. I'm able to get everything working after some tinkering except for one section. When using the code generator for this section I get a blank screen. Any suggestions?
Re: [mshetler] Code Generator empty
Hi,
Was the upgrade to version 2.17? I think the best option might be to try doing a re-install of CMS Builder on your new server and seeing if that fixes the issue.
If this doesn't fix it, you can send us a support request here:
https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support_form.php
and select 2nd level support as the priority. Then we can have a look into the issue for you.
Thanks!

Is it possible to do a reinstall without losing data?
Re: [mshetler] Code Generator empty
It is possible to do a re install without loosing data.
1) Go to the cmsAdmin area, select the General settings from the admin tab. Then carry out a database backup.
2) Backup everything that is currently stored on the server.
3) Using FTP, upload and overwrite all of the files from the cmsAdmin directory on your live site using your install copy of 2.17.
4)Go into the directory cmsAdmin/data/ on your live site and delete the file isInstalled.php.
5)Navigate to www.yoursite.com/cmsAdmin and you should see the install screen. In the getting started section you will see a tab called Restore from backup select the last database that you backed up from here. Fill in all the information as normal and then press finish
Let me know if you want me to clarify any steps.
Thanks

Greg - I reinstalled but still have the same issue. A 2nd level support ticket has been created.
