"Content" field has disappeared sitewide in Admin

This is most likely to be an issue with the TinyMCE text editor, could you try the suggestions in this post:

I checked the cmsAdmin/data folder and there aren't any files referencing TinyMCE (see screenshot). 

What should I do next?

If you fill out a support request form:

and select 2nd level support as the priority, I'll take a look at what could be causing the issue.
