"Content" field has disappeared sitewide in Admin

Hello!  I'm having an issue with our content field. It's showing online for the website, but not in the admin. Below are two screenshots. One of the editor (showing that the content field is supposed to be there) and the admin page where it does not show up.

Hi,

This is most likely to be an issue with the TinyMCE text editor, could you try the suggestions in this post:

Thanks Greg! 

I checked the cmsAdmin/data folder and there aren't any files referencing TinyMCE (see screenshot). 

What should I do next?

If you fill out a support request form:

and select 2nd level support as the priority, I'll take a look at what could be causing the issue.
