Hi Jerry,

It looks as if maybe a fatal error is being created while it's generating the drop down menu. Would it be possible to fill in a second level support request for me? You can find the form here:

https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support_form.php

Then I can take a closer look at what could be causing the issue.

Just to clarify, this has just suddenly started happening, you hadn't moved servers, upgraded the site, etc before hand?

Cheers!

Greg

Hi Greg,

Thanks for looking at this. I'm filling out the request now.

Yes I moved a number of sites from an account on one server to an account on another and probably haven't created an editor since.

All of the others sites are working perfectly.

Hi Jerry,

I've found out what the issue was. When I had a look at the source of the add new section pop up there was an error saying that a schema file was corrupted. I had a look at the file and the opening <?php tag was missing the '<', I added it back in, and the editor pop up is working again. As it was literally the first character in the file that was missing, I would guess that the file got corrupted while being downloaded or uploaded via FTP.

I created and deleted a test section and everything seems to be working correctly.

Cheers!

Thank you Greg,

You're amazing...

Sorry I didn't think to look at the source code before I posted.
