Hi All,

I had something similar to this happen a long time ago, but that time it was a server configuration issues and I don’t think that it’s the same this time (other sites on the same server work OK, and except for upload limits, both PHP.ini files are identical. **Output of PHPinfo attached).

When I attempt to create a new editor the dialog box is almost blank. (**Screen shot attached)

I thought that it might be a corrupted file issue, but I upgraded from 2.52 to 2.53, and still get the same result on both FF and IE

I’ve created many editors on this site before but not since a server move (all other site on the server are OK.)

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Jerry Kornbluth

Hi Greg,

Thanks for looking at this. I'm filling out the request now.

Yes I moved a number of sites from an account on one server to an account on another and probably haven't created an editor since.

All of the others sites are working perfectly.

Hi Jerry,

I've found out what the issue was. When I had a look at the source of the add new section pop up there was an error saying that a schema file was corrupted. I had a look at the file and the opening <?php tag was missing the '<', I added it back in, and the editor pop up is working again. As it was literally the first character in the file that was missing, I would guess that the file got corrupted while being downloaded or uploaded via FTP.

I created and deleted a test section and everything seems to be working correctly.

Cheers!

Greg

Thank you Greg,

You're amazing...

Sorry I didn't think to look at the source code before I posted.
